Eddie Goldstein
Eddie Goldstein is a science communicator, program developer and performer who specializes in creating dynamic presentations, demonstrations and exhibits for museums and science centers. He also coaches scientists in communication skills to help them better tell the science stories that they want to tell. He received his B.S. degree in math and engineering at Columbia University. After working at the Smithsonian Institution, he moved to the Denver Museum of Nature & Science (DMNS) (1992-2015) where he pioneered their science demonstrations program. He was the senior educator for the permanent space science exhibition Space Odyssey, which won the 2005 Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC) Leading Edge Award for innovation. Goldstein consults internationally on science communication, informal education, and performance in museums; has produced and hosted the ASTC Live Demonstration Hour for over 25 years; and developed the Magical Math and Science Show, which he has performed throughout the world.
