Drew Gehling
Drew Gehling was an original cast member of the revival of the classic musical On A Clear Day You Can See Forever where he played the role of Warren to critical acclaim alongside the incomparable Harry Connick, Jr. He also starred in the original Chicago Production of Jersey Boys, and has now portrayed the role of Bob Gaudio all over the country, including the Broadway Company. He has also performed in shows and/or workshops for Lincoln Center Theatre, the Goodman Theatre, Paper Mill Playhouse, La Jolla Playhouse, Utah Shakespearean Festival, and the New York Theatre Workshop including A Minister’s Wife and Anne of Green Gables (both Off-Broadway, Award Winning Cast Recordings). He recently took part in a workshop of the upcoming musical Big Fish based on the 2003 film. On television and film, he can be seen in the HBO Movie Muhammad Ali’s Greatest Fight starring Christopher Plumber, Danny Glover and Ben Walker; and on 30 Rock.
In 2008, he began his ventures into the realm of directing and producing with his writing partners and former classmates through the foundation of the Elbow Room Society. Their production of Built Ford Tough at the Metropolitan Room was a phenomenal success and led to a series of web shorts. Gehling holds a degree from the prestigious School of Drama at Carnegie Mellon University.
