About This Video

As a graduate student, psychologist Meredith Chivers was studying sexual responses in women. The participants were shown explicit video of men and women for the purposes of testing their sexual arousal upon seeing the subject matter. Women who identified as exclusively lesbian were predictably more aroused by the images of women. But when Chivers looked at exclusively heterosexual women, something unexpected happened.
