As the son of a Vermont farmer, Eben Bayer has an acute sense of the stakes in the race for environmentally sustainable technologies. Bayer is a cofounder of Ecovative Design, the Oxford International Business Plan Competition-winning green startup, where he is developing sustainable building materials and packaging products.
